Today, I've got some more exciting news! Our Coney Island Anniversary shoot is featured on Junebug Weddings!

This shoot was so near and dear to my heart for a bunch of reasons, least of all having the opportunity to style one of my best friends, Courtney, and her husband Craig.

The team for this shoot was incredible - everyone gelled beautifully and the outcome was even more beautiful than I anticipated.

When Lindsay and I first discussed the concept for this shoot, she mentioned simple, all-about-the-couple, with a few choice vendors, in an amazing location. So many shoots rely so heavily on details, and while that's amazing, it's also nice to just focus on the relationship of the couple. And with a backdrop like Coney Island? A win-win, if you ask me.

I immediately knew I wanted to dress C & C in super colorful pieces with an uber Brooklyn vibe. My inspiration for the shoot? Hipster Carney. A pork pie hat for her, cool stripes for him (thanks to Sock Hop!), and some incredible turquoise layered necklaces from Mociun.

So incredibly pleased with the results and honored to be featured on Junebug today!
