Good morning, Happy Monday! If you have today off, enjoy you lucky duck you!

So, just a couple random thoughts for you today...

1. I surprised Raven and bought us a Roku as a joint Valentine's day present. We broke it in yesterday and absolutely love it. So far, definitely recommend over chromecast.

2. We started watching The People vs. OJ Simpson. SO good. Really, really well done. Cuba Gooding Jr. as OJ seeps raw emotion (the car chase scene must have been exhausting for him). Sarah Paulson is a badass as Marcia Clark. John Travolta, even though he annoys me, is great. He plays oily attorney Robert Shapiro. And I could not believe how relevant this story is today. It's so sad to think that so little progress has been made since the 90's. I was in 5th grade during the trial and all I knew was that this man was accused of killing his wife; I had no idea that OJ was considered an American Hero before that.

3. Last night we had dinner at Buttermilk Channel in Brooklyn. Great food, great service. Adorable place (thank you to those who chimed in on FB with recs!). Would love to go back for brunch, and I wish I ate meat so I could have the chicken and waffles!
