Happy Friday, party people! Raven's birthday was yesterday, and we spent the entire night hanging with Charlie on the couch, watching Six Feet Under. We've been watching it for a few months now, and just finished last night. I cannot recommend it enough - such brilliant television. What are you all up to this weekend? I'm headed out for a shoot later today, and am going wedding dress shopping with one of my best friends tomorrow!  We just finished up our seating chart this morning, so things are really coming together. We'll definitely be carving out some wedding work time on Sunday, though. I hope you all have a lovely weekend, some links are below as always!

What a week, friends! It's rainy but it's cold; I told my friend yesterday that wearing long sleeves and long pants (and closed toed shoes) makes me feel alive. Bring it on, Fall! What are you up to this weekend? Tomorrow is my bridal shower! We're having a small group for brunch in the city, and I'm looking forward to hanging out with everyone and catching up! Hi, friends! What a week!! Thank you all for your sweet comments about my wedding dress - just to clarify (and put poor Raven at ease) - none of those dresses are my wedding dress. You'll have to keep checking in to see the real thing in November! What are you all up to this weekend? I am working tomorrow, but Raven and I are visiting CT on Sunday and Monday before his brother moves away for business school. Good Morning friends! TGIF indeed, although this weather is just the worst. Would it kill us to get a couple sunny days over here? This weekend we're heading up to VT with my best friend Gill for our college friend's wedding. It's been a busy week and I haven't had time to think about how excited I am for a weekend away, let alone to be seeing some of my best friends from college. It's also nice to get out of the city to recharge, so hopefully I'll have some good Instagram updates for you! We made it! We. made. it. Happy Friday to you, my friends! Thank you to everyone who sent love, light, support, and high fives to me for last night's workshop at The Brass Owl. I had such a blast and the night was a wonderful success. It's so nice to connect with fellow Astorians and lovers of fashion, and it was great going over some of this Spring's trends with Nicole, the owner of TBO (I found out last night that her background is in fashion and she was a buyer for huge companies for YEARS - super inspiring).
