Processed with VSCOcam with c1 preset Happy Holiday, friends! Hope you're enjoying this day and not working. I wanted to pop in today and deliver my favorite links of the week, and also explain my partial absence these past few weeks. Part of it is my day job schedule - super early mornings mean not a lot of computer face time to mull over what I want to write about. But truly, I'm in a bit of a creative rut over here. Some mornings, I just don't have a lot to say, and rather than forcing out a post that might waste your time (after all, you come here for some juicy, useful information), I step away from my computer and go on with my day. This action is accompanied by a lot of guilt, a lot of feeling not good enough, and a downward spiral ensues. If you watched Think Tank last week, you heard us touch on this. It's important to acknowledge what's going on over here, and I wanted to keep you guys up to speed.

Are you out of town for the 4th this weekend? Raven has work, so I'll be staying local with some friends. I haven't celebrated the 4th out and about in NY in a while, so I'm looking forward to it. Whatever you're up to, have a great one. Links of the week, right here:

How to fall asleep almost instantly.

Part of me kind of loves wine on ice, so this is awesome.

Would love to try this ballet workout.

I tried Apple Music yesterday and loved it. A 'Best of 2009' playlist? Yes ma'am.

There are so many sales happening! Here's my pick from Shopbop, ASOS, and Net-a-Porter.

Affordable, pretty hotel roundup!

This. This gal is my soul sister.

See you Monday, loves!

QTQyI3YZA_gx Good morning, friends! Raven and I started watching True Detective this week, and we're totally hooked. It's just so incredibly well done! Have you watched? What are you up to this weekend? We are laying low, except for a good friend's murder mystery birthday party tonight, which should be awesome. I'll also be dreaming of the above kitchen, which has infiltrated my brain space this week. Hope you have a lovely weekend, here are my favorite links of the week:

Last night was our second Think Tank! Check it out here, and join us next month!

Happy to learn I'm not the only one who wants to crack the black in summer code.

My good friend Craig is always looking out for me. Gin lovers click here.

Have you heard about the dog meat festival in China? I urge you to sign the petition.

In lighter news, I'm considering these pink pumps for my bridal shower.

Bookmarked these apps for our Honeymoon.

Do your parents help you out financially?

Heyo party people! Lovely to have you around these parts on this semi sunny Friday! Last night after work I drove up to CT to my parents' house with Charlie; I'm having my wedding hair trial today then spending the night with family. Every time I visit the burbs when the seasons change, an enormous feeling of nostalgia comes over me. As I got out of the car last night, just the smell of the damp grass and warm air reminded me of spending the summer riding my bike everywhere as a little girl, or being a senior in high school getting ready to graduate. They say that smells are the biggest triggers of memory and that is absolutely true for me - it's the best feeling in the world! But enough of that sappy bullshit, let's get to my favorite links from this week:

I told you what bras you should add to your closet, here's a great roundup of what to wear under white clothing.

I love all of the items in this groom's gift bag. Beer soap? Yes.

Oh, these rooms are so pretty.

The most beautiful women live in New York.

Girl crush and PWC inspiration all in one.

Now this is a maxi dress (on sale!) that I can get behind.

Go ahead, have an enormous cry like I just did.

See you loves on Monday!

Ashley Caroline-3 Good morning, friends! Another Friday, look at us go (I'm running out of ways to say 'it's Friday' if you can't tell). Today I'm heading to School of Style's "Introduction to Style" course and I am so excited and a little bit freaking out. I've wanted to take some sort of formal course about wardrobe styling, and was so pleased to see that School of Style has gotten great reviews. I can't wait to update you guys on how it goes! This weekend I'm really excited to be filming a little something for blog - I cannot wait to show you guys! Have an awesome one, and here are my favorite links of the week:

Missed our Virtual Think Tank? No worries, watch it here. Want more? Good because we're hosting round 2 on June 25th at 8pm!

Even though our honeymoon is booked, I'm saving this roundup for later.

Eating healthy on a budget.

50 things to do in Astoria this summer!!

I use the Keeper and it was the best decision I've ever made.

I have yet to make an Everlane purchase, but these remind me of the uber expensive Nicholas Kirkwood loafers I've been coveting.

This book is on my birthday / Christmas list.

See you lovelies back here next week!

Ashley Caroline-1-2 I've got the windows open over here, and so far there's a lovely breeze coming in. This weekend, I'm playing catch up - on work and sleep, if I'm honest. I'll also be taking a class or two at The Yoga Room, which has quickly become one of my favorite activities. I'd love to hear what you're all up to, so drop me a line in the comments and let me know! As always, my favorite links from the week are below.

How gorgeous is the above picture? I was lucky to be able to e-style this gorgeous couple. If you'd like information and rates about my styling services, get in touch at allie AT littleredswell DOT com.

Definitely scooping up some of this sunblock for the summer.

Keep an eye out for these hotties. (Hot DAYUM Miles Teller. Adding him to my already long list of celeb crushes along with Justin Timberlake and Joseph Gordon Levitt).

Cosabella on SALE! Catch my take on the best bras ever here.

Speaking of sales, EVERY online luxury retailer has slashed prices like crazy. Yes, there are tons of pricy pieces, but you can find designer jeans, tees, and shoes at affordable prices. My favorites? Matches Fashion, Forward, Net-a-Porter, and Barney's.

Did you miss last night's google hangout? We'll likely be posting what we accomplished - it was amazing chat that gave me a completely fresh view on upcoming projects.

That's all I got...until Monday!
