Hi! I'm having one of those weeks over here. I've spent the week in my head being overly critical of myself and just generally feeling down. Have you ever had a week like that? I'm feeling pretty grateful for the time spent typing up this post with a good cup of coffee right now. What are you up to this weekend? We've got a big one ahead of us - Raven's brother and his 2 daughters are coming by tonight, and tomorrow is my Bachelorette party! Friends, I am so excited. We'll be hitting up a couple wineries in the Hudson Valley, and I'm going to hug each of my friends as tightly as I can.  I truly feel like I hit the lottery in terms of friends, and I cannot wait to share the day with them tomorrow. Hi, friends! What a week!! Thank you all for your sweet comments about my wedding dress - just to clarify (and put poor Raven at ease) - none of those dresses are my wedding dress. You'll have to keep checking in to see the real thing in November! What are you all up to this weekend? I am working tomorrow, but Raven and I are visiting CT on Sunday and Monday before his brother moves away for business school. Good morning! I have been sleeping through the night recently (as opposed to waking up at 3am for no reason) and it feels so wonderful. What are you all up to this weekend? I'm so excited to head to the Poconos with my good friends. Happy Friday to you! This week went by quickly, no? What are you all up to this weekend? We are heading to Central Park tomorrow for a Cavalier Meet-Up, and we're so excited. Charlie is a bit of a butt about other dogs - we can't decide if we didn't socialize him enough as a pup, or if it's just the Cavalier way, (I've read that generally are people dogs more than dog dogs) but we figured it would be a good excuse to get him some exercise and meet some other CKCs! Admittedly, my Cavalier obsession began when I saw Charlotte's dog on Sex and the City, but it has now grown beyond that, and I can't imagine loving another breed more.
