There's nothing better than testing out your favorite Fall purchases on a chilly beach in October. If you're wondering, the answer is yes I did change shirts crouched behind a car. On the real though, you don't have to dramatically change up your wardrobe every time the seasons change. Buy two stand alone pieces like I've done here and wear them all season long. Each of the above can be paired with a skirt, slacks, or blue jeans, with or without a shirt underneath. And that's not even including accessories. Just like that, I spent $150 on 2 pieces and gained 10 new outfits.

Happy Friday, friends! It's supposed to be a nice one today in NYC, albeit cold (which I love). Raven and I are headed to Baltimore tonight to visit his brother and see the BROS production of The Electric Pharaoh. If you're in the DC/Baltimore area, please check out the BROS (Baltimore Rock Opera Society), they're hilarious and magical and so much fun, and it's a wonderful thing to support local theater.
